Cup Doser with Plates

This is a simple, robust machine which fills telescopic cups. The technology is continuously perfected to give reliability and practically without the need for maintenance. Depending on product and speed requirements, the dosing and discharge can be in continuous or intermittent motion. The accumulation hopper and cups are designed according to the customer’s own product. The Miele Cup doser is completely integrated with the packing line and its main characteristics are extreme precision, high speed accuracy and ease of use.

Technical Characteristics

• To be used with products which have a constant density at least inside a determined lot of production: salt, sugar, rice, couscous, legumes, detergent powder, coffee beans and many other products;
• Production: up to 150bpm ( as always, the speed depends on product characteristics, the dose, the layout of the plant and the feeding system and accessories installed);
• Electrical Supply: 380 Volts, Triphase, 50 Hz, 0,8 kw;
• Compressed Air : 6 bar / 50 nl/1′ (max);only necessary with timing hopper;
• All parts in contact with the product are made in AISI 304 smooth stainless steel or in plastic approved for food use;
• Control Unit: the drivers and control systems are integrated with the electrical panel of the packing machine, as are the parameters which can be accessed directly through the touch screen.

Principle Accessories

• Set of extra cups for different volume ranges;
• Timing Hopper;
• Minimum and maximum level sensor, for commanding the product loading and for putting the machine in Standby when product level is low;
• Feeding vibrator: can be used to help feed the cups with a constant pressure. Depending on the product this characteristic helps fill the single cups faster and with increased precision;

• Motorised brush scraper;
• Cover over machine to prevent dust in the surrounding area during dosing (on request);
• Correction of average weight via Check weigher feedback;
